Scope and current availability
This policy applies to use of Burning Bridges AI, including accounts, materials submitted to the service, generated content when that functionality becomes available, and reports sent to support. Purchases and video generation are currently disabled. Selecting a photo in the current preview displays it locally; it does not submit the photo for generation or for server-side content review.
Prohibited content and conduct
Do not use the service to request, create, submit, distribute or facilitate any of the following:
- Pornography and sexual content (NSFW). Pornographic or sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation, sexualized transformations of real people, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
- Violence and gore. Graphic violence, gore, torture, or content that promotes or facilitates violent abuse or threats.
- Hate speech. Content that incites hatred, dehumanization, discrimination or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
- Child-unsafe content, including CSAM. Child sexual abuse material, sexualization or exploitation of minors, grooming, or other content that endangers children. These restrictions include AI-generated depictions.
- Deepfakes and impersonation. Face swapping, deceptive identity replacement, fabricated statements or actions attributed to another real person, and fabricated intimate scenes involving real people. Do not present synthetic content as an authentic recording, performance or endorsement. A person's permission does not by itself make a prohibited feature or use available on this service. The planned real-person portrait performance use case remains subject to payment-provider eligibility review; it is not currently offered for generation.
- Copyright and trademark infringement. Unauthorized use of protected footage, music, characters, brands, logos or other material, or misleading claims of ownership, sponsorship or affiliation. Availability of a reference or a model does not grant rights to third-party material.
Do not use the service for fraud, harassment, abuse, attempts to bypass restrictions, or unlawful conduct. A fixed prompt and a technical ability to generate content do not establish permission to use that content.
Real-person photos, audio and permissions
Only submit material that you are entitled to upload and transform. For material depicting or recording another person, obtain appropriate permission from that person and any other required rights holder before submission. Do not upload another person's photo or voice without consent. Permission does not override the prohibitions above, applicable law, or restrictions imposed by service providers. No rights to featured performers, reference footage, soundtracks or trademarks are granted by this website.
Moderation: current implementation and prerequisites
The current public preview does not accept generation submissions. Prepared automated checks combine Waffo Prompt Sift for the prompt and Google Cloud Vision SafeSearch for the uploaded portrait and 15 sampled output frames. Provider configuration and live validation must be completed before generation is activated. Photos selected locally are not scanned or uploaded by this preview; no claim is made that every unsafe item will be detected.
The operator reviews reports manually using information available within the service and its providers. When configured and activated, low-risk checks may proceed automatically, high-risk results are withheld, and uncertain or unavailable checks pause the job for review. Decisions must be recorded before delivery. Sampling has blind spots; SafeSearch does not establish identity, age, permission, copyright ownership or complete child-safety compliance. These controls still require live validation before opening generation, and publication of this policy is not evidence that they are running. Model-provider safeguards are not represented as a substitute for a verified platform moderation workflow. We will update this description to match the controls actually deployed before opening generation.
Reporting a concern
Report suspected violations, impersonation, rights concerns or safety issues to zoumouou@gmail.com. Include a brief description and, if available, a public page address or an existing job/reference number sufficient to identify the issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, private signed download links, or unlawful or graphic material by email. We may request limited additional information through an appropriate channel when needed to investigate.
Reports are reviewed manually. We may restrict access to affected service-controlled content while checking the circumstances, ask for clarification, and decide whether measures under the Terms are warranted. Where appropriate, we reply to the reporting address with the outcome or explain that further information is needed, without disclosing confidential account information. A person affected by a restriction may request a review through the same support address. No fixed acknowledgement, investigation or removal deadline is promised here.
Enforcement and review requests
Depending on the circumstances, measures may include warnings, feature restrictions, account suspension or closure, or removal/restriction of content under our control. Measures are subject to applicable law and the Terms. You may use the support address to request a review. This policy does not establish automatic credit forfeiture, override the Refund Policy, or exclude statutory consumer rights.
