Service and current status
Burning Bridges AI currently provides a website preview. You can explore the pages, use account access where configured and preview a selected photo locally. Purchases, video generation and audio retry are unavailable in this version. Selecting a photo does not upload it or create a job. Historical test credits and orders are development records, not cash balances or proof of a real purchase. These terms remain a preview draft; they do not promise that paid generation is available.
What the generator is designed to do
One portrait and a fixed prompt guide a newly generated 15-second landscape performance. This is a recreation of a similar scene, not direct face replacement in the supplied footage. Generated audio is removed and the supplied track is added during finishing. Identity resemblance, background details, hands, movement and lip movements can vary. Exact matches and a fixed generation time are not promised.
Uploads and acceptable use
Only submit images you are permitted to upload and transform, with appropriate permission from the person depicted. Do not use the service for deception, harassment, non-consensual sexual imagery, fraud or infringement. Do not misrepresent an AI output as an authentic performance or endorsement by another person.
Violations and enforcement
You must comply with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. Depending on the nature and seriousness of a suspected violation, we may issue a warning, restrict access to affected features, suspend or close an account, or remove or restrict access to content under our control. We may take proportionate temporary measures while reviewing a report or investigating an immediate safety concern. These measures may be applied manually; they are not a promise of automated detection or enforcement.

This section does not provide for automatic forfeiture of purchased credits, change the Refund Policy, or limit rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where law requires additional notice or an opportunity to respond, those requirements apply. These Terms do not authorize use of a product feature that is currently unavailable.
Underlying model
The planned generation pipeline is configured to use Seedance 2, accessed through Kie.ai, with one portrait and a fixed prompt. The configured target is a 15-second, 480p, 16:9 landscape video. No reference video is submitted to the generation API. Where configured, an audio reference may be supplied, and a separately supplied soundtrack is added during finishing. Generation is currently unavailable. Naming these providers identifies the planned technology; it does not imply endorsement, affiliation, clearance of content rights or guaranteed results.

Accounts, works and sharing
Protect your account and do not share passwords or private download links. You remain responsible for permissions concerning your uploaded material and for how you use outputs. This draft does not grant rights to any performer, reference footage, soundtrack, trademark or other third-party material. An output is not a guarantee of copyright ownership, exclusivity or commercial clearance.
Packages and technical failures
Planned prices are $9.99 for one video credit or $19.99 for three, as one-time packages rather than subscriptions. Purchases are currently unavailable. The proposed rules for future purchases, including requests within 7 days for completely unused credit orders, duplicate charges, missing credits and technical issues, are set out in the Refund Policy. Confirmed generation failures support credit restoration; unresolved submission, delivery and audio-processing issues require review rather than a blanket automatic refund. Restoring a credit is different from a monetary refund.
Privacy and consumer rights
See the Privacy notice for account information, local photo previews, service providers, cookies, analytics and data requests. Nothing in these terms or the Refund Policy excludes or limits consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
